7. Payment and Refunds

  • Billing: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account. All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms in effect at the time of the transaction.
  • Refunds: Our refund policy allows for refunds within 30 calendar days, including holidays and weekends. To initiate a refund, contact our support team at refunds@toconnect.net or call +1 (787) 488-0480 with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
