The concept

Where the name Ctrl+CONNECT comes from

Ctrl+CONNECT

Ctrl+CONNECT

The name comes from the keyboard. Hold Ctrl, press a command key, and an action runs at once. Ctrl+CONNECT applies that idea to service: pressing Ctrl+CONNECT activates the right To Connect service, with the right expert, under the right engagement model.

Picture two keys joined by a blue plus. Key 1, Ctrl, is the command: what your business asks for. Key 2, CONNECT, is the right service, expert and engagement model. In the logo, the line under the name reads as a sentence: command, connect, resolve.

Ctrl+CONNECT is not a single service but a unified service architecture: it governs how clients request help, receive services, scale operations, control scope and align expectations.

Command

Key 1, Ctrl: the command, meaning the request your business makes.

Connect

Key 2, CONNECT: the right service, the right expert and the right engagement model.

Resolve

The work is delivered under that model's scope and terms, with expectations set upfront.

Ctrl+CONNECT is how a service request becomes a governed action, a correct technical decision, and a reliable business outcome.

Engagement models

Four models, one architecture

Every To Connect service is delivered under one of four engagement models, each with its own terms. Benefits are never mixed across models, so it is clear what each one includes.

The execution layer

TC Support-As-You-Go

On-demand execution in prepaid hour blocks, with no long-term commitment and no SLA. For isolated or short-term requests, or when you need a task done rather than ongoing management.

  • Remote or on-site help, troubleshooting and configuration
  • Best-effort, in business hours (8x5)
  • Prepaid blocks do not create an SLA
  • Not a replacement for a managed agreement

The operational backbone

MSP Silver 8x5 and MSP Gold 24x7

Managed services governed by an SLA. They turn the technology your business owns into governed, measurable and reliable operations, with To Connect taking operational responsibility within an agreed scope.

  • Silver 8x5: weekdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM AST, excluding holidays
  • Gold 24x7: around the clock, all year round
  • Proactive monitoring, patching and a Service Desk, within scope
  • SLAs define response time, not resolution time

The thinking layer

TC Catalyst Lite / Pro

Strategic advisory for IT and cybersecurity. TC Catalyst defines the direction; execution is always separate. It helps leadership answer what to do, why, what the risks are and what the roadmap is.

  • Lite: one 90-minute advisory session per month
  • Pro: two sessions per month and executive mentoring
  • Quarterly Strategic Game Plan and progress reviews
  • Advisory only: execution runs through another model

Defined scope

Projects (NRC)

Implementations with a defined scope and a coordinated rollout, billed as a non-recurring charge. For work that changes architecture or exceeds standard delivery, such as major migrations or redesigns.

  • Dedicated engineering and project management
  • Formal documentation of the work
  • Can carry out TC Catalyst recommendations

How we add value

A technology partner, not just a vendor or help desk

Governance over execution

To Connect brings business objectives, governance and technology into one service model. Work is governed, not handled ad hoc.

Predictable delivery

Expectations are set upfront and applied consistently. Each engagement model has its own terms, so it is clear how a request will be handled.

Clear scope

Every service has defined inclusions and exclusions. Exceptional or strategic needs require a structured engagement.

Scalable engagement

Start with on-demand hours, move to a managed agreement when needs become continuous, and add advisory or a project when the work calls for it.
